Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will be charged in full.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, as short-notice appointments cannot usually be reallocated and the clinic incurs the same costs.

Free Consultations are offered at no charge; however, failure to attend a free consultation within the 48-hour notice period will incur a £50 charge.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you are welcome to transfer it to another person. However, the original booking remains the responsibility of the person who made the booking, and payment will still be required.

All cancellations and changes must be made by phone to your local XO Clinic.

Booking Reminders

We send email and SMS reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment. While we aim to ensure these are delivered, XO Clinics cannot be held responsible for missed notifications due to technical or system errors.

Refunds

Gift Cards and Courses are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person.

Courses

Courses are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Gift Cards

XO Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Minimum spend to activate a Gift Card is £25
• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash
• No change will be given; any remaining balance will remain on the Gift Card and may be used towards future treatments or product purchases

Payment

We accept cash and most major debit and credit cards.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Patch Testing

Patch testing is required for the following treatments:
• All laser and IPL treatments
• Chemical peels

Patch testing is highly recommended for the following treatments:
• Eyelash and eyebrow tinting
• LVL lash treatments

If a client chooses to proceed with a brow or lash treatment without having had a patch test, they may do so at their own risk and will be required to sign a patch test disclaimer prior to treatment.

Patch tests must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment and will be prompted at the time of booking where applicable. We are unable to carry out any treatments that require a mandatory patch test without one.

For Laser and IPL treatments, consultations are offered free of charge.
If you decide to proceed, a patch test may be carried out during the consultation for a £50 fee, which is redeemable against your treatment, but non-refundable and cannot be used for other services or products.
