Cancellation

Your appointment at XO is reserved specifically for you. We ask that you please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations and “no show” appointments cost us precious time and money so unfortunately if we receive

  • less than 48 hours notice of the cancellation of your appointment then we will have to charge a fee of 50% of the treatment cost

  • Less than 24 hours notice or “no shows” will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Cancellations should be made by phone to your local XO Clinic.

Your booking

We will send text and email reminders 48 hours prior to any appointment however we cannot be responsible for any non-notifications due to system errors.

Refunds

Gift Cards and Courses cannot be refunded, but may be transferred to another person.

Courses

Courses are valid for 12 months from the date of booking.

Gift Cards

XO Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

The minimum spend needed to activate a Gift Card is £25.

No change will be given but any balance remaining will be left on the Gift Card and can be used as part payment for future treatments or product purchases with us.

Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Payment

We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Patch Testing

Patch testing required for the following treatments

  • Eyelash and Eyebrow tint

  • LVL lash treatment

  • All laser & IPL treatments

  • Chemical peels

Please arrange a patch test with us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will be prompted to do this at your time of booking. We are unable to carry out any of the above treatments if you have not had a patch test with us.
